Q: What are the size dimensions of the display boxes?
A: Dimensions for Sneaker and Designer Display Box: 35 (L) x 26 (W) x 20 (H). Dimensions for Extra Large "XL" Display Box: 36 (L) x 35 (W) x 35 (H)
Q: How do I stack the display boxes?
A: In order to stack the display boxes vertically, line up the magnets located on top and bottom of each display box.
Q: How do I clean the display boxes?
A: Using a soft microfibre cloth is suitable to clean the dust of the display boxes.
SHOPPING
Q: I have a discount coupon code. How do I use it?
A: After adding an item to your cart, you can redeem a coupon code at by entering it at checkout prior to finalizing payment. If the code is valid/accepted, you will see the discount applied in your cart.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders may take up to 2-3 days to process. From shipment date customers can expect their orders to arrive within 3-10 days for domestic addresses and 14-21 days for international addresses.
Q: Do we ship internationally?
A: Yes we do. RARE STAX ships to most countries. However, if your country is not listed on the shipping page, please contact customer support at info@rarestax.com. Please note, we are not responsible for custom or duty fees.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use for domestic and international?
A: All Australian orders are shipped via Auspost or Sendle. International orders are shipped via Austpost or DHL. Please read Shipping Policy for more detail.
Q: Can I return my order?
A: We do not accept returns regarding change of mind. We have a 7-day return policy for damaged items received, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Please read Refund Policy for more detail.
